Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your jewels, or change your mind, you’re welcome to return within 14 days for a full refund – excluding delivery.
Please contact theindiegirldesigns@outlook.com with your order number and instructions will be sent on how and where to return.
Jewellery should be unworn and returned in as received condition, in the original packaging. If items appear worn or are in an unsaleable condition, they will not be refunded and returned to you.

Unfortunately returns on earrings are not accepted for hygiene reasons unless unworn and we are contacted as soon as order is received.

Royal mail tracked is the preferred method of shipping your return as we cannot be held responsible if items go missing.
​
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed, you will be notified and your original payment method credited. This can take up to 10 days.

Gift Cards and Custom Orders are also non-refundable. Please let us know if there are any issues with custom order as soon as received.
Order Lead Time
The Indie Girl is ran solely by one person and all products are handmade to order. For listed products there is currently a 10 working day turnaround time from order to postage (please note this does not include the time it takes for deliver)
Any products I have ready to ship will be noted on the listing.

Delivery
All orders over £60 have free delivery. For items under this value delivery is £3.50. All items are sent Tracked. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch.

Hallmarking
In line with legal requirements, all larger silver items over 7g and all gold items will be sent to The Edinburgh Assay office for Hallmarking. If an item you are purchasing requires this it will be noted on listing.
