Refund policy

The Indie Girl jewellery is handmade to the highest standard, however, should your jewellery need repairing please email theindiegirl@hotmail.com with details and pictures so we can discuss. As a small business we ask that you allow us the time to rectify any issues.

If, for any other reason, you are not satisfied with your jewels, or change your mind, you’re welcome to return within 14 days for a full refund – excluding delivery.

Please contact theindiegirl@hotmail.com with your order number and instructions will be sent on how and where to return.

Jewellery should be unworn and returned in as received condition, in the original packaging. If items appear worn or are in an unsaleable condition, they will not be refunded and returned to you.

Unfortunately returns on earrings are not accepted for hygiene reasons unless unworn and we are contacted as soon as order is received.

Royal mail special delivery is the preferred method of shipping your return as we cannot be held responsible if items go missing.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed, you will be notified, and your original payment method credited. This can take up to 14 days.

Gift Cards and Custom Orders are also non-refundable. Please let me know if there are any issues with custom order as soon as received.
